• Competitions will be announced by email, on social media or on our website. The prize item will be chosen from our stock of furniture and accessories or vouchers for local suppliers.
• The competition is open to residents of Cornwall and West Devon aged 18 years or over, except employees of Julian Foye and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
• Closing date for entry is usually 11.59pm GMT on the day stated on the competition advert – unless stated differently on the advert.
• Only one entry per person.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• The winner will be chosen at random.
• The winner will be informed within 7 days of the closing date and will need to respond and claim their prize within 14 days of the first notification or a new winner will be chosen.
• The winner’s name will be available on request and may be published in the Julian Foye social media accounts.
• The prize, with notice, can be made available for collection from any of our four show rooms Truro – St Austell – Wadebridge or Hayle.
